Perfect for couples seeking luxury
The room was fantastic, spacious with a fine view over the lagoon. After a long day, the staff promptly brought my drinks, and honestly, it felt like I was in the lap of luxury.
It wasn't cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.

The staff were very attentive, and our room
was beautifully arranged for our wedding anniversary with a surprise cake. Enjoyed the wide variety of food at the buffet, along with a relaxing swim in the well-maintained pool. However, the pool area could use more seating.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed exploring the statues of gargantuan horses and the Remembrance Arcade. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Room was comfy, and breakfast was delicious with tons of options. Definitely recommend this place for a great stay.
The airport pick-up service was a bit chaotic. It was hard to find the driver, especially without internet access.

Had a decent stay in a lovely superior room. The view was nice, and the whole vibe was pretty good. Ramps everywhere make it feel inclusive!
But seriously, if you’re looking for fresh towels, you might just wait longer than a kid at the dentist. Let's just say the upkeep needs a little pep talk!

missingWrote a review on Jul 12incredible staffpoor bathroom designoutdated ambiance
Incredible staff made us feel welcomed.
The bathroom was poorly designed and cramped, with the toilet positioned too close to the door. It felt intrusive and uncomfortable, as if the toilet was almost in the bedroom. The overall ambiance of the room felt outdated and tired. I left feeling disappointed with the layout and lack of attention to modern design.
